About Brancepeth Parish Council
Brancepeth Parish Council is made up of elected and co-opted Parish Councillors who are all volunteers committed to improving services for the local community. A Parish Clerk assists us and provides independent, objective and professional advice to ensure the council conducts its business properly and enables the smooth running of Parish affairs.
The main role of each Parish Councillor is to represent the views of all residents within the Parish and to listen to, and understand the needs of different groups in the community and to help, guide and support our residents.
The purpose of a Parish Council is to represent the community on issues that are held important, to deliver services to meet local needs and to enhance community well-being. Brancepeth Parish Council is committed to providing an excellent service to the community; we continue to welcome and increase community engagement and strive to provide value for money.
